Michele joined KTN in 2012 as a telephone mystery shopper and was quickly promoted to Reservations Coach. In 2016 she was promoted to Senior Training Specialist and in 2017 to Manager of Training & Development. In addition to facilitating KTN’s reservations sales and hospitality training workshops and private webinars, Michele manages the KTN mystery shoppers and Reservations Coaches, while producing and starring in the monthly personalized Video Training Tips that are sent to all KTN telephone mystery shopping clients.

Michele began her hospitality career right after high school working as a lifeguard at a resort in Scottsdale, AZ. After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Ottawa University, she went on to hold various front desk supervisory through director positions at several Marriott’s including Mountain Shadows, the iconic Camelback Resort, and the Sea-Tac Marriott in Seattle. After leaving Marriott, Michele worked as a public school teacher and later as a trainer for the 911 Police Dispatch centers in Phoenix, AZ, and Jupiter, FL.
