Do you offer hosting with maintenance?
Yes. We offer high-performance cloud hosting bundled with our maintenance plan at discounted monthly or annual rates. Reach out for a custom quote.
Are there setup or cancellation fees?
There is never a cancellation fee.
If we are building or redesigning your website and you join the maintenance plan immediately, there is no setup fee.
If more than six months have passed since launch — or if significant changes were made after delivery — a $199 setup fee may apply.
If we did not build your site, setup starts at $199. Final pricing depends on the condition and complexity of your website.
What happens if I decline the plan?
Websites without maintenance face serious risks:

That said, our current track record remains at zero hacks for sites on our active maintenance plan.
What if I need more than 1 hour of updates?
We always aim to complete updates within the included time.
If additional work is required, we’ll provide a time estimate and complete it at our standard hourly rate before proceeding.

What if I skip the plan and my site gets hacked?
We can perform a full site cleanup starting at $350.
After restoration, we strongly recommend enrolling in the maintenance plan to prevent repeat issues.
Prevention is significantly less expensive than recovery.
How quickly are updates handled?

Most update requests are addressed within 24–48 hours.
